By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by this Policy. If you do not accept this Policy, you must refrain from using the Service in any capacity.

If you create an account in the Service, we may collect:

D. Transaction‑Related Information

When you complete Apple App Store in‑app purchases for virtual coins, reward coins or VIP subscriptions, we may receive purchase receipts, order identifiers, subscription status, and transaction timestamps from Apple. We do NOT collect or store your credit‑card, bank or full Apple payment credentials; payment credentials are handled exclusively by Apple App Store.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process and validate your in‑app purchases, virtual‑coin, reward‑coin balance and VIP subscription entitlements
• Improve app performance and stability
• Analyze aggregated usage trends
• Respond to user inquiries including purchase‑related support requests
• Comply with legal obligations, tax and financial record‑keeping requirements

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Account Deletion

If you have created an account in the Service, you may delete your account at any time by following these steps:

• Open the app
• Tap “Me”
• Go to “Settings”
• Select “Delete Account”
• Confirm your request

Important: Deleting your account will NOT cancel any active Apple‑billed VIP subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately within your Apple ID / App Store account settings.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

4. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

• Account profile information is permanently deleted
• User‑generated content is removed or anonymized
• Identifiable personal data is erased
• Unused virtual‑coin and reward‑coin balances will be forfeited with no monetary compensation

However, we may retain certain data where legally required, including:

• Transaction records (for tax or financial compliance, up to 7 years where required by law)
• Security logs (typically retained for up to 90 days)
• Aggregated analytics data that does not identify individuals

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

Subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple ID / App Store account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Service
• Process purchase entitlements and retain transaction records for compliance purposes
• Comply with legal requirements
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Resolve disputes

Inactive accounts are typically removed within 90 days after deletion unless longer retention is legally required.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

7. Third‑Party Services

We may use trusted third‑party providers for:

• Analytics
• Crash reporting
• Cloud hosting
• Infrastructure services
• Apple App Store payment services for processing in‑app‑purchase and subscription transactions

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
